Skill Worker Application's Supporting document

I intend to apply as a skill worker. I understand that I have to provide some supporting documents after submission to prove my skills. Does anyone have any idea what should those supporting documents be other than resume? Does providing letters from current and former employees suffice? Is there any particular template for those letters? Does anyone has a sample letter? I hear that the letter should point out my responsibilities so the visa officer can match it with the duties listed for that job in the NOC (National Occupation Classification). Could anyone please explain this?

I really appreciate your help.

Hi,
You seem not to have read the instructions at all! Take some time and read them carefully on CIC website. You'll get a lot of information there.
