Skill transferability factor Edu.+language

Hello Guys,

There is something confusing for me and I need your help with!

In the skill transferability "education and language factor", points for CLB9 or more on all four language abilities, 50 points for post-secondary degree "I've Bsc", I used the CRS calculator and added CLB9 as L8, R7, W7, S7 and I've got 25 points only in this part of the calculation! Even when I added more score on all four language abilities, no more than 25 points resulted! Would you please help me to understand this?

-Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer With CLB 9 or more on all is 25 points

-Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer With CLB 9 or more on all is 50 points
