I am a procurement manager with 3 years of experience and Bsc administration degree (4 Years) I going to apply to canada as a federal skilled worker class. Can any one advice me, If i applied to torento will it be a disadvantage for my application?

Doesn't matter where you apply - why would you think applying to Toronto would be a disadvantage for your application?
