Just in case you need some help reducing the file size, you may try merging your files through pdfmerge.com. It saved my life!

4 MB for each document and pdf format except for photograph which needs to match CIC specs and can be in jpg or other aloowed photo formats.

Its not a good idea to use online tools like pdfmerge etc.
We do not know who is running the show behind these websites where they can steal your confidential information.
Better to spend a 100 bucks and buy pdf editors which are user friendly apps and your information remains in your private boundaries . Do not be victims of fraud.

Just my 2 cents.
