Six months after CIO has received application,but still no news.Pls help

On last week of April 2010, CIO Nova Scotia received our application,but no email,news,nothing. Pls help on what to do.Thanks.

stay on hold and dont disconnect untill agent answers. they can ask name , date of birth etc

And doesn't April 2010 mean you filed your application to the Visa Office last April 2010, and not the CIO?

i m also waiting from last six month for ANY response. by calling at Call centre i was informed that my application was incomplete due to missing info . so returned in April 10. But i m still waiting. i havent received any e-mail yet.

How many months after CIO received your application did you receive back your application?

Bottom line, will it be any use to spend time, money, and effort on overseas calls to call the hotline? Called it just now, and it keeps repeating that all officers are busy at the moment and to call back later.

Please somebody explain, especially those have gone through the whole process. Thank you

unforyunately you cant do anything except what few people have adviced you to do . call their call center

yesterday i called to CIC......and they told me to wait 2 week......in between 2 week u will get ur AOR.

let c ..when it will come..............lol............
