What are the bases for receiving ITA? Like what are the things to be completed to acquire ita?
And after having ita and accomplishing the other needed requirements for 60days, how many months would the waiting take? What will be the applicant's activity by that time? Just curious. Thanks.

Complete EOI form, make sure you have a proof of what you are claiming points against. This is pre-ITA requirement.

You should check the express entry step by step guide thread, but to sum it up:

get IELTS results and WES report, then create an express entry profile and see how many pts you got, and if you can do anything in increase them.
after that CIC does a draw every 2 weeks and if your pts are equal to or higher than the minimum score they decided, you'll receive an ita, then you have 60 days to submit all the rest of the documents, from here until landing it should take between 3 to 6 months, in some cases a little more.

- Language exam scores
- Educational credentials assessment (if applicable)
- (LMIA/permanent job offer or Provincial Nomination, for bonus points)
- Expression of Interest (EOI) Profile (online)
- Job Bank Profile (if applicable)
- sufficient points to earn an ITA

After submitting the complete application, it is reviewed for completeness, and if found complete, it will be put into processing. The processing standard is to complete 80% of applications within 6 months.

Not sure what you're asking...The main activity once an application is submitted is "waiting." : )

Looove it!

Thank you for the help. :)

Actually guys, i applied through a consultancy firm. I already submitted my ielts results, Wes evaulation (ECA), lmia (which will expire on sept). Our consultancy firm have its own database for their applicant's profile, maybe that's the eoi profile. I already have my COEs and Reference Letters. So here, im just wondering why there's no ita coming for me....or am i just really in a hurry? Or paranoid? Lol

Why don't you contact your attorney/firm?

I would like to, but as what i have read in some threads here, those who have highest points are the one being issued ita..and there is also draw right? so maybe i dont have enough score...or my application is not yet 'picked up' from the draw. :'(

If you have the LMIA - is it just "PR only" or also for a work permit? Do you also have a written offer of permanent employment? (you need 2 things for the "valid job offer" bonus - the LMIA and the written offer of permanent employment).

If you have the valid job offer and all the other requirements, you WILL be selected at the next draw and get an ITA. Draws come about 2x per month. So I don't know how long you have been waiting, some consultants are really good, but consultants do make mistakes, and some are not so good (or even criminal).

You can always submit your own online profile and see -
