My Sister's visitor visa is rejected with below reasons, the mistake we did was to apply for 3 months whereas she is planning to visit only for 3 weeks and we did not upload her current financial status,
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am a Canadian PR so i can sponsor the expenses. Can my sister apply again immediately for 3 weeks stay, Can i write in the invite letter even though her financial status is good still i will be sponsoring the expenses?
My Sister is a doctor in India(completed her bachelor's) and is earning well since last 2 years, we can upload her IT returns, current savings, FD etc to show financial status
She is currently doing her residency ( Post graduate in surgery) and will return to india after her stay.
how do we convince the visa officer the same, what additional documents are required to strengthen the application.
