Sister in India Gap of 8 years in study, Any hopes for any college in Canada ?

Hi Guys

My sister is in India and just got married and I am a PR holder in Canada. She did her 12th in 2009 after that she joined University but dropped out in 2nd year.
I am thinking to bring her here in canada on study visa. Please let me know if a gap of 8 years is there, can we apply for any course in any college in canada. I am open to any course .
