Sir name / Last name issue

My middle name is not in the passport barcode:
PHLLastname<<Firstname<<<<<<

So what should I put as my first name in the EE profile, First name + middle name (as in IELTS TRF)?

Express Entry profile asks for barcode info. (You can check that yourself by clicking on the ? mark). I'm not sure how your case would be handled, but I explicitly gave my names during IELTS sign up as per the barcode.

EE profile asks what is in the passport, which, from my understanding is the Passport info and not the barcode info.

Check the help section in the EE profile where it asks you to fill in your name.. It's described clearly.

I already checked it many times but there is no mention about middle name, just last name and first name

Check the "help" section, not the fields. I dunno how many times I have to repeat it. If you're convinced that what you did is right, then no need for the discussion really.

Some passports don't have first or last name fields.. Different countries interpret names differently - hence why passports have the barcodes.

I am trying to help you but you keep saying you checked it.. Managed to grab a screenshot for you:

Enter ALL names(s) as they appear on your passport.

Also check the order of names section.
