Actually my education is in IT field and the experience is somewhat different field

Need some advises on the below point
I have 9 years 5 months of paid experience in NOC 9226, and 6 months of On Job Training (6 months Unpaid) so can I claim 10 points,
If i claim i get 68 otherwise 67,
so kindly someone guide me on this

certainly, you must have the experience relevant to your studies

very true; however, one thing that must be kept in mind is as long as the education described in the NOC on govt. of Canada website for that particular NOC is satisfying, you don't need to prove anything else. For example, NOC 1251 it says "Medical transcriptionists require completion of secondary school and usually require completion of a recognized medical transcription program." As long as you have completed secondary school, the rest of your education becomes moot, as you have satisfied their requirement. So check your NOC's education requirement.

Can I apply under SINP OID if I have a FSW EE? My NOC 1241 is on the list. My score under SINP EE is 63 which is why I'd like to move over.

You can have an EE FSW profile but only one for Saskatchewan - between EE or OID. 63 is low for a nomination.

I have doubt? Secretarial Practice Diploma is totally different thing from Law Graduation. Its more beneficial having a Law degree but the requirement is Secretarial Diploma!

Clearly stated under eligibility requirements.

• Your work experience must be in the field of your completed post-secondary education or training.
  • Your work experience must be related to your job and education.
  • Visit SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure to see if your job needs specific SINP education requirements.
