1.)hi.we already applied for our SINP last February,2010 and after a month got our file number.we used an agency to work with our papers .how long would the processing takes for our applications get results?because they said it will take 4-6mos for SINP and 8-11mos for the federal.how true is this?Our visas expires early next year,will it be possible for our PR to land before FEB.2011?
(2) Can they(employer) take a hold on our papers for them just to keep us?
(3)after my PR has landed,can I move to another province where my relatives where?
(4)If I am allowed to move to other province,is it possible to apply my wife's application to that province so I can take her there with me?
