SINP - work experience eligibility criteria

I have been looking at the SINP and I have some confusion with regards to the work experience criteria.

Do I get point for both categories. That is the 5 year period prior to the application and the 6-10 years prior prior to the application.

I currently have 4 years of work experience in a particular field from 2014-2019 and one year paid work in 2009.

The one between 2014-2019 will attract 2 points each. That makes it 8 points since you said 4 years. Reason: work experience is within last 5 years.

While the Work Experience of 2009 falls under Experience within previous 6-10 years. The fetches only 1 points.

All together, you have 5 points for work experience

Hi, i have confusion on the work experience requirements as well. can u please advise : I'm applying under NOC 2171 and have 4 years of work experience( in the last 5 years) and prior to that (6-10 years work expereince) 3 other NOC under which I can claim 2 years for 2 NOCs (6235 & 4163) and 4 years for 1 NOC 6552 . So will it be calculated at 14 points then ??
