SINP.... with job offer

i am on postgraduate work permit and studied in novascotia university.. currently i am working in saskatchewan from one year and my work permit will expire in next year,, i have some question that i am at NOC B job rite now and have one year of previous work experince as well.. i am planning to apply in international skilled worker..with job offer letter...\\ Can somebody tell me that am i eligilbe to apply in this stream of SINP.
I have job letters
i have ielts
i have canadian masters degree

please response me and tell me that whether i am eligible to apply or not?

Hi... this is for express entry... but the thing which i am talking about is the 60point assessment grid..i am getting 60 points but the thing on which i am confused that postgraduate work permit holders are also eligible or not for international skilled worker with job offer category

For Job offer category, SINP approval is compulsory. It is very tough, they verify lot of things. So start the process, they will tell u or reject u.
