I received invitation in my SINP EE profile on 25 February 2021 and submitted the details on 14 April, 2021. I know i am inquiring about this a bit early, but just wanted to know the usual time it takes to get any update on my submission. anyone has any idea?

there is no time frame. if you are lucky u will get nominaton very early.

Which NOC did you apply with? Although on the website it mentions ~37 weeks but people on other threads have received nominations somewhere between 4-6 months, few have mentioned that some specific NOC are being processed early than usual- not sure how true it is.
Even I have submitted on 12 May so now just waiting

In generic how much time will it take? and is the time period of 37 weeks mentioned in the website is for complete process till the time PR is received?

No only for SINP to process for nomination if eligible and then EE takes it own time of ~6-8 months, so overall 1.5+ years is the overall process time

EOI is just the beginning. Draws generally happen twice every month and if you have a score above or equal to the cutoff score you will receive an invitation. Also, your NOC must be in the selected NOCs list of that draw. Many people are in the pool for many months and are not selected because they do not have the score or proper NOC. Nobody is rejected from the pool when they enter the pool meeting minimum criteria. However, entering the pool (launching EOI) does not mean that everyone will receive an ITA. If you have scored above or equal to 70 you have some chance.

Please clear me one thing NOC code is important at the when EOI is given and EOI is issued than is there any requirement for NOC in ITA?
