Yes, experience letter from your employer containing all details like,
Start date, end date, salary, working hours, paid holidays, complete job description. Letter must be on company's letter head which have web site address, email, tel no etc.

They ask one government-issued document along with each work experience. I am from Pakistan and I need to know how I can provide them this document because they have asked me for the 2nd time since FBR tax returns do not mention employer name. Please suggest what should I do? I need help....

Your employer submitted your income tax each moth, u can use that tax challans, secondly u must have EOBI card, u can submit as well.

yes bank statements are there and it shows salary was credited into my account, but they still need govt. issued doc.

Can you post the exact email they sent you. Just to get an idea what are they really looking for.

Work Experience Credentials
This is SINP second and last request, the work experience documents submitted with your
application do not meet all SINP requirements. As posted on our website, an acceptable work
experience document must be accompanied by one additional government issued document
showing proof of employment (company).
Acceptable Government issued documents:
Pension fund/Provident funds, medical Insurance, or social security record.
Work permits, work visas, or labour cards for any foreign work experience.
Employment contracts (if you worked for a government agency or the employment contracts are
issued by the government).
Taxation Forms, or Taxation Exempt (Tax Free) form, or Income Tax Return Acknowledgement (ITR)
form with CPR number and name of company
Please provide proper document or your application might be ineligible.

You need your own money earned by you, that's the only POF ever accepted - no gifts, no gratuities, no odd payments or loans.
