Did medical exam in the same month, and updated profile online "passed medical exam".
Until now, no more updates.

Hello everyone,

I will submit my application today I just have a couple of questions if you can assist me please?

I studied and lived in Saskatchewan and now I'm applying in student subcategory.

In general application form status in country should be worker or foreign national? I'm confused at that question.
I'm on my PGWP right now so what option did you guys go with?

Hi

First of all, as u described NOC 6525 skill level C
http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=122372&CVD=122376&CPV=6525&CST=01012011&CLV=4&MLV=4

SINP has following categories:

Skilled worker- The job needs to be in skill level A, B or 0
Semi skilled agriculture - Not eligible
Health professionals - Not eligible
Hospitality sector - Not eligible
Truck Driver - Not eligible
Students- The job needs to be in skill level A, B or 0

https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-with-saskatchewan-experience

It is tough to answer your question. U might need to explore Express Entry

Hi guys,

I have applied for my SINP nomination for student through OASIS.

I have heard that If i get nominated, I will have to go through the paper based system. Can I go through the express entry route instead ?

Can I use the provincial nomination in my express entry form ?

Thanks.

You have to go through the paper based system.
Student category does not qualify for express entry.
There is an express entry category in SINP. You have to get nomination from that category to be eligible for federal express entry points.
