2. Is this express entry aligned? or non express entry?

You have a permanent, full-time job offer in your field of study from an approved Saskatchewan employer. The job should be:
In an occupation in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) TEER level "0", "1", "2", or "3"; or in a designated trade.

Related to your field of study and requires post-secondary education.
Food and Beverage Servers must apply under the Hospitality Sector Project sub-category.

So i have study in computer networking diploma. So the job should be related to my field??

That would be the correct NOC. Harder issue is getting the JAL and employer willing to go through process.
