SINP status: "waiting on applicant" but not receive additional duc require

The status of application showed "waiting on applicant"at at 04-12-2011 ,But I have not received any additional document requirement email. My agent told me that additional document requirement is for my employer. .......
I was confused
My question is : Is this normal? or This is a mistake of my agent? and will it delay my schedule of application?

My time line :
category:skilled worker with employer guarantee
Received my applicant:02-06-2011
job offer received:27-06-2011

Your timeline says you submitted it after you applied. So there goes my question again. When did you submit your job offer letter? Was it when you applied or after you had applied you then sent in the job offer letter?

I submited job offer at 27-06-2011 after the time that I applied my application(02-06-2011). But the status became "waiting on applicant" from "in process" was happen at 04-12-2011.

Hi Akira, i just want to know where did you check your application? where did you see the waiting applicant part, was it sent to your email or is there a site where you can check your application? 'coz i never heard from my application since i got my file number... thank you.
