SINP September 2015 - No Medical after AOR

I am 23rd Sep 2016 applicant SINP. Nomination approved in Dec 2015 and then filed application with CIC. Received AOR from NDVO on March 9, 2016. ecas status shows In Process. I have not received medical request so far. Any clues how long does it take to get medical request?

It seems your background checks are still going on and it is unique for person to person. The next possibility would be the NDVO which is known as tortoise for MR and PPR.
