Hi, I finally received medical request. NDVO has asked to email the scanned copy of Police certificate and first last pages of passports. My question is I have my PCC issued in February 2016. Can I send the same PCC or do I need to apply for a new PCC and then send. Please advice. Thanks.

It is not mandatory. One can land in any city. PR formalities will be done at the same airport where one lands.

If you already applied (which I understand you did) for PR using your SINP nomination that you received in March 16, you need not worry as you have already applied before expiry. It expires only if one does not apply for PR (through CIC application) before the expiry date. So relax, and wait for...

I am SINP (Non Express E) applicant. Never received request for medical. I didnot do upfront medical as it was not required at the time of application as per the process. Confused..

Then it worries me.. people are already getting PPR and I did not receive even Medical request.
