Hi,

I am currently residing in Saskatchewan and I recently got my JAL (Job Approval Form) now I am trying to apply for SINP. But I'm stuck on one question in the application.
I have completed a Certificate in Health Studies (2 years) from the University Of Regina, Saskatchewan.

Question- Highest Education Level

Drop-down options are:

-Bachelor's Degree
-Master's Degree
-Non-University Certificate/Diploma
-None
-PhD
-Post Graduate - No Degree
-Post Secondary - No Degree
-Secondary
-Secondary or less
-Trade/Apprenticeship

If someone can help me out I'll greatly appreciate that.

Could you please elaborate on it? As I completed my studies at a University, it still be selected as Non-University?

What you completed is not a Bachelor degree. So your only option is to select the certificate option, even if you completed the certificate at a university.
