SINP profiles

Hi,

My wife is eligible for two NOC. However in the SINP Oasis we can select only one.
We were thinking can we create two profiles for SINP? One based on OID where we select one NOC
Another with EE aligned with Oasis where we select the second NOC

This will increase chances of being picked up. However whether is this safe and legal to do? Or there could be any issue?

Are you talking about submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile? You can only have one. It says so right on the site. Read under “how the system works.”

Yes, I see. Would have been nice if they gave option to select multiple NOCs (some people who are eligible for multiple NOCs will increase their chances)

That’s just double dipping and creating twice as much paperwork/online for officers. Can you imagine? thousands would start doing this and the system would be overloaded with people applying under several NOCs.

Hello Fellows, Hope you are good,
I have one question related to settlement fund requirment, I just received my NOI from SINP through the express entry and now they are demanding documents within 60 days,

But

My funds are not maintained for 90 days, however now I managed to maintain my funds, but at the time of submission of my application it will only 60 days maintained bank statement, please guide me in this regards
