Hi friends,

What exactly happens after you apply for PNP through the SINP (skilled job offer/Saskatchewan experience stream).

I heard the processing times are as long as 24 months, and you're forced to stay with 1 employer and in a specific location. Is that correct?

Yes - that's pretty much correct. If you want to switch employers you need to find another employer who is willing to support the nomination and then notify IRCC of this change with the required paperwork.

Do you have to stay in the area where your employer is?

Sorry - I don't understand your question.

Let's say your employer is based in a small town. Do you have to stay in the small town? Will the visa conditions impose not only that you'll have to work for that employer, but stay in the town/location/village/farm/city is?

You can live in any town and go to work for your employer as long as it is in Saskatchewan. Many people commute to work.
