I am on an open work permit (my spouse is studying in Saskatchewan), i just wanted to know what are my options for SINP.
I went through SINP website and it says i am eligible under broader skilled worker category. For that i need a permanent full time job offer from an employer. My question is
if I am already working for same employer, Will the employer have to go through LMO procedure for him to offer me permanent full time job?? (LMO)
or
In case he gives me letter that he is ready to hire me permanently if I become a Permanent resident, will that serve the purpose?? (AEO)

In a nut shell i am just looking for the options available to person on an open work permit for applying to SINP

Any help is much appreciated.

As you said, you have to apply under the skilled worker category. If you have a permanent job under with job code NOC "O", "A", "B" then You don't need LMO, but your employer have to complete the relevant forms and later need to verify your employment when SNIP will contact them.

But below points are critical,

1> You need a permanent job
2> Job code needs to NOC "O", "A", "B"
3> You are working for last six months
4> employer is willing to endorse you for SNIP

Thank You Sunnyray for your response.

I work under NOC category A.

However i am still not very clear on permanent job offer.

For offering me a permanent job will my employer have to go through same process like he will have to advertise and then go through LMO approval as my work profile will have direct impact on any Canadian worker. But at the same time i will also consider the fact that i am already working and i will not be taking any ones's job away.

My employer can offer me permanent full time job and he is willing to do the papers but is not ready for the LMO process

If you are in open WP, any canadian employer can offer you job without any restriction. But, while you will be applying for SNIP, at that time you need 6 months of permanent job experience.
