there are many cases like yours where applicants submitted EOI with false information (i would say) just to be selected. you didn't came to know while posting at this thread that you are short of 10 days. you were short of around two months than 10 years experience while submitting EOI. your application will be definitely rejected!

any misinformation or misleading will be going to application rejected in straightway or more stringent action like banning for two years. I know a case in which a candidate misrepresented to SINP and now he has banned for apply to sinp for two years.

Sinp does not required. But in federal cic express entry it is required.

Not mandatory ECA in any case for spouse. Only if you want claim the points of your spouse educations then surely you need ECA.

Hi experts. I just missed yesterday's draw by 1 point. However, in March I will finish 10 years of work experience and gain an additional point. My question is if I update my EOI now and receive an ITA before March, but I will submit my application in April, will this be fine? as pointed out to me from a dear member on Canada Visa, and as mentioned in their website, the experience is counted from the date of submission, not ITA date. I know SINP can be very strict so please advise, thank you.

p.s: my NOC was selected.

yes, your noc. If your noc wasn’t included in the draw, unfortunately you will not re an ita. What is your noc?

No, you can't update it now. After completing your 10 years work experience only.
Candidates who receive an Invitation to Apply from the SINP will have 60 days to submit a complete online application to the SINP and provide all the required documentation to support the information declared in their EOI profile.

thank you for your reply. I emailed SINP right away and actually their response came very fast, I saw it after I submitted my question here. I am attaching it, so I think it is safe to update? I asked them the same question.

Since SINP is rejecting applications based on Wrong NOC, i have a query.

I did ICS+BCOM+MBA (finance) and choosen NOC 1211. My all 3 jobs since intermediate are related to operations. My Noc employment needs only secondary level education. So being an MBA, is this going to work?

Total experience 10 years 2 months in single NOC

1. Current company 6 years 1 month
2. Last company 4 months
3. 1st Company 3 years 8 months

But I have a month gap between my current company and last organization. Will this impact my 10years experience count which I am claiming for my single NOC?
