Thanks ashuindian.

In this division I am working for 3 yr. but claimed for 10 yr. as I am on same post since 2011
Now my current divisional manager going to sign.
but on 2011-2014 I was on purchase div and 2012-2016 I was on Service dept. since 2016 I am in my current division.
I need to submit by this week but worrying if any chance it going on the way of misrepresentation. as i have transfer record on my pay slips.
No need to worry if the post was same in every department. Try to prepare your Reference letter strong.

today I have 11 day passed to submit additional docs requirement but nothing have happened...… how much time they will take to process?

Anyone here with NOC 1311? Submitted my ADR last Dec 10 2019. My application changed to in process again, and I haven’t received any news since then

I received an ITA from SINP on 20th December, 2019 and am yet to submit my application. The problem is that I have claimed work experience for 10 years but my real work experience is falling short of 10 years by 10 days. I will have 9 years 11 months and 20 days work experience if I submit my application on the last day. Should I cancel the ITA or do you think SINP will make an exception as I'm short by only a few days ?

there are many cases like yours where applicants submitted EOI with false information (i would say) just to be selected. you didn't came to know while posting at this thread that you are short of 10 days. you were short of around two months than 10 years experience while submitting EOI. your application will be definitely rejected!

I don't consider this to be false information. Read the SINP website carefully. It says the work experience you claim will be calculated at the time of submission of your application and not the submission of EOI. So, I'm actually short by 10 days and not 2 months.

for SK officials, they do not consider partial experience points, so it will be rejected!

I was thinking of a way if one can get accepted if worked full-time for more than 30 hours per week which is considered as full-time in Canada but unfortunately SK officers disregard excess hours and do not consider partial-year experience.

to be on safe side, can you send an email to SK immigration and explain your concern considering they will reply in 5-business days, you still will be left with a few days to reply ?

Maybe not false, submit and let us know what happens so that others can also learn what goes and what doesn't.

Can anyone senior please answer this query. is there need to add more than 3 years of work experience in the EE profile if one has already got nomination from SINP after submitting 10 years of work experience application ? Can we keep Federal till 3 years only or shall it must be the same ?

I too had the same doubt, it seems federal criteria is different than sinp so it's ok to include only 3yrs experience in federal and mention rest in personal history..source kubeir

Since SINP is rejecting applications based on Wrong NOC, i have a query.

I did ICS+BCOM+MBA (finance) and choosen NOC 1211. My all 3 jobs since intermediate are related to operations. My Noc employment needs only secondary level education. So being an MBA, is this going to work?
