Dear Anush,
Back in 2016 February, I applied for TRV and there in family background information I did not disclose my brother living in canada. I got refused base on the following grounds, purpose of visit, family ties in canada.
Then again I applied in November 2018 but disclosed everything and got refused again with the same above reasons.
Will those rejections effect my PR application?
Did you mention about your brother in PR application or not?
If not, they can consider it as misrepresentation.

Yes while filling background declaration form for SINP i mentioned my brother and also claimed his points. But back in Febraury 2016 i did not mention his name while applying for TRV. But when I applied again for TRV in november 2018 then i mentioned everything.

Since the IRCC will take the final decision to approve visa, will it effect the decision?

For professional status or licensure, refer SINP website they have a document which shows which NOCs requires the license.
About degree, diploma in canada, the answer should be No if you never outside india.

Hi Anush,
In oasis application last question in part 1, it asked : Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application?
I answered No, even though I applied for TRV as I mentioned earlier. Will it be a misrepresentation? However, I declared visa refusals in background declaration form with dates and reasons.
Also, in IRCC website it asked the same question have you applied before? So what should I answer there? I think I got UCI in TRV as well.

Happy new year everyone. I need advice on my POF for SINP

40% of POF in MMF(maintained for more than 5 months

50% of POF in a TBill (it’s 6 months Tbill)

10% in a savings A/C I have ensure my current balance is never less than the 10%

The TBill matured today and paid to my savings A/C (where I have 10%). I was told next Tbill auction date is 15 days’ time.

I want to be able to claim 3 months POF as soon as I get ITA through SINP.I have 67 points

I have considered the followings options

(1) To wait till 15 days time and re-invest the total amount in Tbill and add LOE with bank statement when the first Tbill was credited to my A/C, 1st Tbill cert, and new Tbill cert

(2) To add the Tbill amount to my MMF. Add bank statements and certificate for the matured Tbill in LOE

(3) Leave the money(50% from Tbill & 10 in Savings A/C) in my savings A/C.Add evidence matured Tbill in LOE

(4) Re-invest the 50% and wait for 3 months.

Your opinion is highly appreciated. Thanks
