What is the right time to move there. How should I apply for my spouse sponsorship. Dear Anush,
Back in 2016 February, I applied for TRV and there in family background information I did not disclose my brother living in canada. I got refused base on the following grounds, purpose of visit, family ties in canada.
Then again I applied in November 2018 but disclosed everything and got refused again with the same above reasons.

You can login to Oasis portal to check application status. There is no other way available to track the application. One can write to SINP email address as well in case there is significant delay in processing. Otherwise expect a standard response.
