Valid point, but i showed it in my work experience while submitting online application in oasis. Which i thought that time...they were asking about the experience for as of date so i included my current experience with noc 1111 as well..as it could contradict with my background declaration statement..i just wanted to make sure everything which i wrote is plausible with the forms and documents.

my guess says if SINP officer asked already and you provided sufficient documentation, this should be fine.Even if they give you points for 3 years, never mind as you have plenty of points 80
Cheer up !As you know they are asking for each job with NOC along with the letter of reference..so based on your last answer...i think.i shouldnt mention my current job experience? Because i read in the website and they mentioned..the most recent experience. I am still confused lol

so you submitted EOI originally with declaration that ECA report is ready while actually it is in progress. Do you think this is not misrepresentation?
in my opinion, if you submit complete application, it will be rejected, SINP will cross check your ECA published or issue date with your EOI submission date. Yes, that’s how strict they are. At this stage, canceling EOI and submitting after ECA issue would be a safer move.

I have a birth certificate issued by the nursing home I was born, which mentions my parents name, DOB and gender of baby. It does not mention my name, since in India, babies are named later in a naming ceremony. I don't have a birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation. Will the birth certificate from nursing home work?

I have about 80% of POF that was on bank deposit more than 3 months and about 20% that is not (only 1 month old).
Is it critical for Saskatchewan? Do you know any case when LOE helped and officers accepted POF that did not follow requirements?

Date of birth certificate should have name, you can get your birth certificate from ur municipal office with your name, I did the same. It took approx 1 month time.
