Dear VIP members

my inquiries are:
1- is there a required digital format for uploading my file? JPG for example?
I m uploading documents of one page as a JPG file (scanned docs)
and files that are more than one page in PDF format.
please correct me if I am doing a mistake?

2- about Ethical Conduct Disclosure: what I understand -in my case: I don't have a representative- is that I have to print out the document and sign it in the 2nd page, mark option 3 in the 3rd page and leave every other thing blank then scan the 4 pages into a PDF document and upload it ?
please confirm?

I think the system will not accept invalid format. For me Everything is in pdf. You can do the same if you like. You can easily convert jpg file to pdf online.
You can leave the page for the representative blank or you can write N/A

I don't think so system will throw any error but as a norm all official documents should be uploaded in PDF format and not in jpg.
Even though jpg may not have issues yet it is advisable to convert and upload all your documents in PDF.

Why do you love JPEG format so much?
Forget it and change to PDF format immediately

I'm considering changing my NOC to 1223 (Human Resources and Recruitment Officers) as I have about 9 years experience in this field working for 3 international companies. However, I have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. would this be accepted based on my work experience? Would my education in Mechanical Engineering cause it to be rejected?

No, don't try it!. SINP already had your initial work experience details. Therefore, you can only submit the same work experience with education credentials that show you are in the field of education. I mean your education must be your practice. Anything contrary could mean misinterpretation! Pls, avoid it. BSc in Mechanical Engineering degree v. Human Resources and Recruitment Officers' position contradict SINP procedures even though it is not impossible in the business world.

Choose NOC 2171 and reapply. (I am assuming you wrote actual NOC duties there. If there were not sufficient related duties then you can add some as well.)

you need to write a mail to immigration@gov.sk.ca mentioning your new ee profile and job seeker validation code. They will update in their records. It's not big deal

Can someone guide me about the requirements of relative location for SINP.
If someone is living at an address in Saskatchewan, and he gives 20 points to his relative for SINP, and during the process, he moves to any other address in the same city, will it affect the application process of that relative?
