I just recently got ineligible report on my application due to education not related to chosen NOC.

I have a first degree in Computer Engineering and a master degree in Information Technology and I currently work as an IT Support Analyst / GIS Tech. Even though, my job duties cover both areas of IT Support and GIS analysis but I only presented duties related to GIS Tech in my reference letter since I applied under NOC 2255. As at the time of submitting my expression of interest in April 2019, NOC 2171 was not on the list of occupations in demand.

Kindly advise if I could proceed with a new application under NOC 2171 now that it is in demand. Also, what additional steps / precaution should I take? Or do you advise I enquire from them directly. Will appreciate your response
How many years of working experience do you have? You have already shown and sent Reference letter for NOC 2255. How can you show now that period for NOC 2171 and submit References Letter for the same. It is called misrepresentation.
 
13 years work experience but my responsibilities cut across the two areas over d years
Have you shown last 10 years full time job experience related to NOC 2255?
 
Boss, now you want to show that same time period full time Job Experience for NOC 2171.
The SINP will disqualify for 2 years.
 
for SINP application, if one received ITA in Oct. and the family size was 5 however before submitting the application in Nov. they have a new baby which increases the family size to 6.

In such case, will the proof of funds be for 5 family members or 6 ?

Choose NOC 2171 and reapply. (I am assuming you wrote actual NOC duties there. If there were not sufficient related duties then you can add some as well.)
Don't make big changes because they already have record and know everything

I have query regarding my total work Experience calculation as I applied my EOI under SINP- EE category. I started my job on 20 Nov 2010 in A company and left on 06 Sep 2016. Then I joined another company B on 21 Sep with the gap of 14 days and left this company on 02 June 2018. Again I joined another C company on 10 june 2018 with the gap 7 days where I am presently working. All my work experience fall in single NOC. My query is, should I Add this 21 days gaps in my total work Experience calculation which will count as total of 9 years of experience on 11 December or 19 November 2019 as I started my first job on 20 Nov 2010?
My weekly hours is 48

problem resolved through creating new family member and deleting the screen later..thanks for the help though ..

current problem:
Additional dependent tab created though I have nothing to declare. In that case should I leave it blank or attach an explanation letter saying it was mistakenly created.

for the additional settlement fund tab, SINP told to write N/A . Should I do that or ask for a mail confirmation through an email?

I have applied for date of birth certificate and still waiting to get it.
As I’m running out of time, I just wanted to know if 10th certificate and PAN card are two valid documents in place for DOB Certificate? Both the documents have my fathers name and date of birth.
