Urgent, running out of time

Do we upload 10,12 in oasis application in education, or just masters & bachelors. Please answer, those who have submitted application.

For those that have submitted their forms on Oasis recently...Did you see any option to upload Supplementary information/ Your travels(Form 5562) and Schedule 4 Economic Classes.
Please assist because I can't find it on SINP website.

do I need to make an online application separately besides having an IRCC profile inorder to apply for SINP. or an invitation is extended to those whose application is already there in IRCC?

For my spouse, the name on the passport and the name on her documents related to work experience are different. To be precise, her middle name and a suffix for the first name are not present these documents.
Do I need affidavit for this stating both person are same?

Guys, can I reject sinp LOI which I received? I did not meet the requirements of having POF in the three months prior to LoI nomination or should I just leave it to expire?

Can I have your line to meet you please before you reject your ITA? Very important!

So you mean I can only claim points if I work for 12 months in any year without any gap (even between the change of employment) ?

If there is a gap during a change of employer you give a letter of explanation for the gap. You quite know there can be no gap while you are with one employer.

If possible, try to make new Passport with same name. Otherwise you will have to face a problem in CIC Stage as well.

Has anyone used Life insurance funds as SNIP POF? These funds are encashable and there is a surrender value.
What does SNIP requires? I believe there is a document which shows start date of life insurance policy and a document shows how much funds will one receive once surrendered.
Is there any other requirement? Including when did I start funding the insurance account etc.?

I got this ADR from SINP
You must have proof of maintaining $23,181 CAD in your account(s) for a minimum of three months prior to your application submission date. These funds must be maintained throughout the entire immigration process. Please provide updated statements issued by PNB account indicating balances is in US dollars and transaction history of all accounts from 20-Jun-2019 to 31-Oct-2019. In addition, please provide a life insurance letter stating the surrender value of your policy.
