CLB 7 is 6 bands in each module. Am I right?
Based on CLB converter mentioned on cic.gc.ca, I have CLB 7 in Listening (7 bands) and Speaking (6 bands), CLB 8 in Reading (6.5 band) and CLB 9 in writing (7 band). So How come it is CLB 7?
Can you please explain?
You can't get clb for each component of IELTS separately.
You have to convert them together only.

Dear Lucky,

Appreciate your response.

I received email on 17th OCT from SWOASIScorrespondence@gov.sk.ca Title: Invitation to Submit an Application (Is this ITA date?)
Can you please elaborate on how the application submission date is calculated (Submitting application is same as uploading/completing online application on oasis SINP website?)

If I deposit POF amount now it will be less than 90 days since the application submission date is less than 60 days. Also I cannot see any section on SINP website to complete POF section so when do we submit bank statement?

Thanks a lot,
JM
Yes, you have 60 days to submit a complete application from Oct 17th/19. and they will also send you a reminder email 20 days before your submission date, in case you don't submit it roughly before Nov 27/19.

Although it's taking a chance to submit your application as you don't meet the requirement of 3 months POF in your account, you have two options either not to submit application and miss the date and keep your POF in your account and wait for another draw after your this ITA expires and wait for another ITA (if you are lucky enough to get one again).

2nd option is to submit your application on Dec 14/19 and get your bank statement the same day (Dec 14/19) so that your POF would be about 55 days old (add an explanation letter to your bank statement that how did you get all this money within 55 days, like inheritance share from your parent's property etc. and just my suggestion and there is no guarantee that they will accept it). if they accept it, will be good for you and if they don't, you will be wasting $350 of application fees and then again wait for another ITA and resubmit your application when your POF will be atleast 90 days old.
You will find POF section under step-6 of application part-2 (settlement funds & settlement plan).

That why I said they will count each days and months ...6-10 years period, applicants must have 2 years work experience to get points....now a days SINP is very strict...many applicants inquired about this and they received same reply....
Okay.
But he can/should try.

Thank you very much for detailed response.

Is there any way we can extend the application submission date?

Can anyone confirm if SINP recently accepted applications which doesn't meet 90 days POF criteria.

In case I decide to decline this ITA and re-enter the EOI what are the chances of getting another ITA? (67 points, NOC Code: 2171 - SINP EE category)

Thanks for your time & support.

It is impossible to get success without Proper POF. Better you decline ITA immediately.
You can get ITA again with this NOC demand list easily. There is an election in Canada right now. After few months they will review the Demand list. It is very difficult to get ITA then.
May be they can remove the NOC from the list as well.

Dont asssume module scores are the same
Pick eack module for your score
Add them and divide by 4
You will have your CLB conversion. I did that and there was no issue. Regard to everyone

So you mean to say is: Based on my score in CLB
L: CLB 7
R: CLB 8
W: CLB 9
S: CLB 7
I have CLB 7.75 ~ CLB 8

Am I correct?
