1. I have 4 years 4 month experience in last 5 years.. Do I get 8 or 9 or 10 points?

2. I have 1 years 5 month experience in 6-10 year. Do I get here 0 or 1 or 2 points?

Nothing is impossible in India. Try to search any agent, clerk or advocate of Municipal corporation or Collectorate and ask about BC with Name, and showing both parent names. Try for English version. Spend money, they will arrange

In SINP application after uploading any document through “upload document” button should we see it in “files” option present at the right hand side of the page? I don’t see my uploaded documents anywhere however I see option to “delete document” which means that somewhere they are stored but I just can view them, is it?

i have all the needed employment reference documents from my first employer and current employer.

But from second employer I just have offer letter, paystubs and w2 documents.
The problem is this company is no longer in business, i cannot get any additional reference letters etc. from it. What can I do in such situation?

Hi , in addition to above do you have Tax returns , or registration number of the company , as this can cause problem
they need experience verified , as that is KEY for immigration

I have a question, I have a birth certificate written in my native language Hindi and it doesn’t have my name on it! I spoke to one certified translator and he told he can translate it to English but cannot add name to it. He said that 90% of BC are without name and if supported by other documents like school records, passport etc, are completely acceptable.
Looking for some suggestions and comments on this. Is it ok to Submit date of birth certificate without name along with supporting documents? Will it be acceptable?

In my case I was under same problem , I asked Visa officer , he responded me with details , and I got that done

Yes I have all tax proofs, payslips, job offer, visa documents and even one experience letter. Can I write an affidavit mentioning company not in business?

Reasons of Rejection is that applicant does not meet basic criteria of 60 points and then immigration officer added POF , as his experience etc is not

My question was can you / any one share rejection on the basis of POF alone , as I want to clarify my doubt

Hi everyone, I got a mail saying I was ineligible for Nomination, reason was that the required settlement fund has not stayed in my account for 3 months. I opted to fill a fresh EOI on my Oasis profile, afterwards I found out that I could re-apply (same day I created the fresh EOI) without receiving new ITA.

My questioned is, would SINP expect me to submit my application within the usual 60days from ITA? I have the settlement fund, but its still not 3months in my account. I intend to delay till its 3months before submitting another application.

Someone share your experience, thought, opinion etc...Thanks
