My status on OASIS is showing as IN PROCESS for occupation in demand without employment offer. Application was received in June 2019. It has been 3 months now since application was sent after ITA. I have not heard anything back from SINP. SINP website mentioned 7 months process. Is this a good sign? Is the processing timeline pretty accurate? Anyone in the same position as well? Thank you so much!

Hi ashuindian,my ielts validity of two year expired after around one month of submitting eoa..can u pls suggest will it lead to rejection of my file.pls confirm as i m really worried about it

So my tab only shows status "In Process" and "View my Correspondences" on OASIS, can senior person in this forum explain the reason why? Also anyone here that submitted their SINP application for Occupation in Demand (without employment offer) on June 2019 and have received their nomination? Looking forward to hear back from you! Thank you so much!

Oasis form completion is the most important and delicate part of the immigration process. If there is a mistake, the whole application comes back after a long time. Waste of both time and money. Some people make that last chance. This thread is being created to avoid this. This process is especially for OID sub category but very useful for SINP EE as well (about 80-90%)
Please i need an urgent answer..is it possible for
myself and spouse to summit sinp application at the same time.although my husband has been given an invite...but i also want to apply..is it possible to also recieve an ita when my husband application is already in process after submission.p

I think u are a co-applicant in your spouse application.
And your spouse will be a co-applicant in your application.
You can still apply like this way. You have to withdraw any one application soon.
But it is not good as well.

In my opinion you should get your Nomination this month provided all details submitted by you have no further queries
i hope so vikash! when was your date of draw and EOI submission?

Hi Guys,
Any help would be appreciated.
My brother Received invite today under category 0122.

My question is the funds he has are in joint account with our mother account. cane we submit it like that or get a letter from mother?

Hi Guys,
you are so helpful. Thank you :)
I got an invitation to apply for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), I have one inquiry concerning my close relative. Is it necessary for the Canadian citizen relative to be living in Saskatchewan as mentioned below, as I have many relatives and one of them is living in Ontario.

Close family relative in Saskatchewan
(The applicant or accompanying spouse has a family relative that is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Saskatchewan. This includes: parent, sibling, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, cousin and step-family members or in-laws of the same relationships. The family members in Saskatchewan must meet the requirements as listed under “Required Documents” for your ISW sub-category) .

Close relative living in Saskatoon only is helpful to get you related 20 points.
Any relative living outside Saskatchewan is not beneficial for getting any point.

Dear all,

Regarding translation for some documents issued by the employer, for example:
- Employment contract.
- Appointment Decision
- Job description
- Salary statement
...

May we use the translation provided by the company, with company stamped and letter head and an Affidavit by the person who translated them?

Can someone give your guidance for this? Thank you.

Search any person of your touch (Not Relative) and Translate your all Non-English documents yourself and take Printouts. Write the document name on upper side in English, on the photocopy of the document (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha) and mark it "A", then write on the page Translation of document as (Ex. Translation of Birth Certificate of Lovisha) and Mark it "B". In "B", add this matter also in any space, (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha, Translated by me .........Sign.... Name ......Date .............). Prepare it To sign by translator and write their name, date. Now go to nearby Notary shop/office and notarized these both documents. Now Lovisha's Birth certificate completed. Repeat this procedure for all needed documents.
For Translator Affidavit, format provided in SINP Application guide. Type it on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper (ask Notary for affidavit) and to sign and prepare by your translator. Now this is your Translator's Affidavit. Attach this with all translation papers, merge it with PDF with all translated and merged documents.
