It is not related to Accounting subject.
You can apply for NOCs 1114 and 1123 in Nova Scotia demand EE category B, it is also without job offer category.

Hi,

I have applied in SINP Express Entry on 5th July 2018 in NOC 2242. In OASIS portal my file status is "In Process". From last update NOC 2242 has been removed from OID so does it affect me? and I also want to know about the processing time.
Is there any positive sign for me?

My SINP nomination/approval letter list my spouse and daughter as accompany dependents. However, they will not be accompanying at moment. Am in the process of submitting my application to CIC, can I state that they will not be accompanying me in the generic application form for Canada or what steps or options would you advice me to take? It is okay. But they have to enter within 3 months after visa stamped.

Check https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residen...ired-documents-for-saskatchewan-express-entry for required documents to be submitted.

However, if you already submitted and made payment, wait for AOR and further requested from Saskatchewan.

I don't understand what you mean. How will they get visa since they are not going to accompany me? My intention is to sponsor them later.

Let me explain my previous question again, 'the issue is that I do not have the application fees for the three of us (myself, spouse and daughter), so I am thinking of just listing them as my dependants but they will not accompany me. I intend to bring/sponsor them later'. So my question is can I apply and pay for myself alone even though they (spouse and daughter) were included as dependants in my SINP nomination approval.

Please help clarify the issue.
