Please I need an adivce, I submitted my SINP application on 23rd December 2018, on 25th of March, PIU sent me procedural Fairless letter, stating that, I paid my application fee with someone that is not a member of my family and also I received a professional help while filling my application but was not stated, and they gave me 10 days to explain my self, which I did, after that, in April they asked me to clarify my children names in my application that it does not match with my profile name, which I did, in the same April, I was ask to provide information on agent I contacted early last year but I couldn't hire him due to price, and the told me that the will make decisions on my case after 28 of April, which I replied to them as they requested, since this May my invoice is no longer seen in my profile. And I have not hear anything from them again, my application status is still showing in process. Should I mail them and inquire?

You can do both together. Have to submit license before nomination

what's your qualification, I want to apply for my spouse as principal applicant under NOC 1311, she has Master degree in Humanities Group with Senior Secondary (10+2) in Commerce Stream. Is she eligible?

Need your suggestion over a problem. I applied on 01-Jan-2018 and in August, Sinp requested me the documents which i submitted in September. After that there was a complete silence. When i asked SINP about the update on my application, SINP replied that my application is under process at PILU and it may take 1 or 2 years to final the application.

In Jan-2019, i received a letter in which the PIU officer had concern that i have hired an immigration consultant and did not mention in the declaration form. I could not respond to officer's this concern. After 12 days, i received Procedural fairness letter which i again failed to respond. My application got ineligible due to not replying to PIU 2 months ago. I used to check my SINP account, and there was no correspondence but all these letters were emailed to me on my emai address which i hardly check. Now i checked my email address, i came to know that PIU sent me the emails for their concerns.

Guys, i need your help, what i should i do now? Should i contact PIU and will PIU restart processing on my application? What options i have now, please suggest.

You can write PIU but does not seem to be more beneficial. Write here, to these consultants , there will be some advantage.

Thats true Ashu. But when I create my profile in Oasis, I enter my federal EE number, then the Job Validation code but then it says "1 year exp. in:" where there is a dropdown which has NOC of only "On Demand List NOCs". How can I enter 2071? I'm not able to finish the first page itself.

So I'm confused whether a person with NOC2171 can at least fill the forms today????

Im tryingto apply as International Skilled Worker with EE profile, my NOC is 2171 and not in the occupation in deman for Saskatchewan, however when i signed up, I cannot find the NOC 2171. Only 2174 is there. I chose No Job Offer, with EE and job seeker code. Is it ok to choose any NOC from the list?

First let me thank everyone for their time and effort, here is my case.

I got nominated under international student stream SINP in 2018, and paper application was received by PNP sydney office April, 2018. Then I got fired by my first employer and they notified SINP about my job loss in August 2018, 28th (SINP nomination expiring in October 6 2018), and SINP told me to find a new employer within 45 days who can get me a job approval letter based on a permanent full time offer, which I have not still acquired. I just left the case unsolved because I thought SINP would tell IRCC to withdraw my nomination once 45 days elapsed. I did nothing to notify IRCC about my job loss.

However, in April 2019 I got notified by IRCC to pay RPRF and now I have got a medical request. I am so confused about the situation, and I don't want to risk misinterpretation in case IRCC calls SINP or my last employer to verify my nomination. I have an EE point of 456 which is high enough for an EE ITA in the coming draws.

Should I proceed with my application and do my medical and such?
