But what funds? Should it be the same one i entered in Express entry profile?
Just to give overview, I got invite through NOI for Skilled Immigration Express entry. When I loged in to the OASIS i found this application part 1 that has 14 steps to be entered.

ADR for BC and updated POF. Given 45 days.
I applied in Jan for SINP oid..in process in may..ADR in Aug.Nomination in September.

For Settlement Funds in SINP OASIS application part 2, would monthly online statements from bank work? Or do I have to get a paper statement, scan, and then send it over?

If it is non EOI based applicaion then can take 6 to 8 months.

2)I have 8years experience in job 4214,as a daycare Assistant. I have a bachelor degree in Economics.,with 2 or more Certificate of on the job training like child development and psychology can I secure licence from Ministry of education Sk?

3)I have ECA from WES last year, but for licensure they said I need to course to course evaluation .Wes treated it like a fresh request with charges and gave a new Reference no, and still request me to go back go school and send transcript again. I thought they have my record .I send email to Wes but no response ?

4)While completing my application, can I send it even if the ECE liscence is not ôut. Can that disturb my application?how long does liscence takes.

Thank you for the prompt response, I will do as you said but does the ministry of education has an email of their own?

Will I submit the application form online and Wes will send the school documents to them.. I am planning to submit my on the job training with application form.wrong or right?

From their site we are told to download application form, after filling how do I submit.

I have submitted application to WES ,this week I will contact my school for transcript. I am bothered why the need of going to school each time we need transcript .Does that means WES does not keep records
