Ashu pls help..........how do we go about the payment...for sinp application last stage......only international debit card is accepted and if we don't have one, what is the other option?

First try Visa debit. It is a very powerful tool itself. Debit card has daily withdraw limit of Rs. 25000 approx. That's why we can't complete big transactions through it.
If not work then go for Credit card.

Hello, Is ITCP mandatory to apply for SINP? I have all the documents except ITCP and my job code is 2173. I checked with ITCP organisation and they said thety will take around 9-10months to provide ceritification.If I am able to submit my profile without ITCP when EE or OID opens next time then what will happen to my application?

You can apply for SINP OID or EE without obtaining it.
But have to submit it . Only then you will get nomination.
