1. Is it manadatory to have CIPS ISP licence approved before applying for SINP PR (NOC: 2173)? Or we can apply after SINP ask for it or our application get approved?
2. Can anyone provide me the complete procedure for applying SINP PR?
3. How will anyone know about timings, when SINP PR open for application? Can we create SINP PR application before and apply once open?

Also, I do not have sufficient funds in my account and u have not attached the statement in my application.will this create a issue?

According to number of applicants in your application.
Only fix deposit or savings account clearly showing 3 months holding the amount before application submission. Better provide bank manager certificate along with statement and pass book entries.

Hmm, would it advisable for me to acquire a loan/borrow the amount from someone and hold it in my account for 3 months and produce the bank statement based on that.

I urgently need the procedure for applying SINP PR (NOC: 2173), as per my knowledge I should follow as mentioned below, please correct:

1. ECA - Already Completed from WES

2. IELTS - Already appeared for IELTS and got CLB 7

3. Create an express entry profile.

4. Create New WES evaluation with course-by-course assessment (Fees $100 CAD + Taxes)

5. Apply for CIPS ISP to get licence for NOC: 2173 (Fees for Saskatchewan would be around 750 CAD + Taxes, waiting time 5-6 months)
Can I do CIPS ISP after getting ITA?

6. Create OASIS Application and pay 700 CAD fees for verification. Is it mandatory to deposit fees here?

No SINP OID SUB category. You have to choose SINP EE in Oasis Application. You didn't read it yet .
What is 750 CAD. It is wrong. Have to pay 300 CAD . Only then when intake will open.
Make 2-3 Oasis profiles and try to fill complete application.
Complete all documents . Then scan them in PDF Format only.
Complete all necessary forms online, print them . After signing scan them in PDF Format.

You will not get ITA or Nomination without licence.

With the proof of fund doc I have only a week old fixed deposit of ten lakhs.. Is it ok if I submit my application or is it unnecessary to waste my application fee? If by any chance will they accept the pof?
