Hello Dear,
During filled up the first page information, I would be choose 1 as OID for Lodging SINP application! is it ok or not?? I'm bit worried to fill the form to stated the filled information will be unchangeable once fill the form!

Thanks in advance

I didn't mean anything dangerous boss, he said all details remains the same except EE reference number. Anyway he will choose either SINP nomination or ITA eventually and withdraw the other one. Whats wrong in that?

I have also applied in SINP and thinking to go into pool and create EE profile to try luck for ITA soon (same credentials and NOC). Is that wrong?
Thanks @Pure Soul, @anshuindian for valuable suggestions .
I am still thinking what to do between SINP and EE (OINP NOI )

the process for getting CIPS license is about 8 weeks .so I might try to stick to it .
I think direct ITA is not possible at least April - May and if I can make some progress via SINP I think I might be safe for PNP nomination.
the CRS score will not go down so quickly , reason being , as per calculation [in this forum somehwhere ]there are 160 people everyday entering the pool with 420 above score
thats about 3200 people a month . one of the main reason for the higher score is people from US[visa holders ] are applying for Canada PR as a back up option , Immigration rules in US have been volatile and specifically in IT industry , usually IT folks have above average command over English and if are married ,and if spouse can write English test , the score is around 440 + , if the applicants has master degree the score will go 445 with CLB 9 result. folks with age range 25-30 and single can also get 435 score easily with CLB 9 and 4 year Bachelor degree.
There are hardly slots for IELTS test is US , the # of candidates have sky rocketed for the test in 2017 and continue to do so...

Hi All,

Need an expert opinion/advice for SINP EE. Not sure if anyone has faced similar kind of query in past. I have received ADR for Jan'18 intake and the requirement is POF three months prior to file submission date. However it mine is around 1.5 months old in the bank account i have shown. It is due to the amount i have transferred from another joint account with my parents and which i cannot show as POF.

Could anyone let me know what should i do in such case?

Hello Dears,

Need an expert opinion for permanent address issue! In passport, me & my spouse PA are same but it's different for our child as the birth certificate was taken as per place of birth which is mismatch with us now. Is there any problem if I apply with the same?

Could anyone let me know what should I do now please.

I would like to share Q&A for SINP Queries which had happened with Immigration Officer of SINP.This may help to any novice person before starting an application

below is the list

Q.I have a sibling in other Province, but i have no plans to move to that province in future.I want to stay in Saskatchewan. Is there a concern for Saskatchewan if sibling is living in other province?

A.If you have a sibling in another province the SINP may question your intend to reside in Saskatchewan. When applying please provide reason as to why you would like to reside in Saskatchewan over another province.

Q.For submitting an application ,do we need to wait for an announcement of Webpage of SINP or anyone can submit an application during anytime?

A.The International Skilled Worker – Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand subcategories are currently closed and not accepting additional applications at this time. Please check our website frequently for information on when these categories will re-open, as that is where such information will be posted when it becomes available. However, please note that the International Skilled Worker – With an Employment Offer, as well as the Saskatchewan Experience categories are open and accepting applications.

If you are interested solely in the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand categories, you may create a pre-application that you can compose and submit when the category opens. Only one application can be submitted at a time. There is no schedule or notification system for when these categories are opening. To check on the availability of these categories please visit: http://www.saskatchewan.ca/resident...e-program/maximum-number-of-sinp-applications

Q.After submitting how much time usually it takes to process application?

A.For current SINP processing times please see the following link: https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residen...m/check-application-processing-times-for-sinp

Q.If somehow application rejected.can i be given chance to resubmit the documents if having issues in submission. Or will it be considered rejected only ?

A.The SINP will undertake an initial review of the application for completeness, and should all required documents be present, the application will move on to the next stage of processing. If all required documents are not included the file will be returned/closed.

Q.Will the application fees be refunded if rejected?
A.The SINP does not refund application fees after the application has been accepted.

Q. from March onwards,Is there any new rule coming to maintain 6 months of funds in pre-application phase?
A.Currently applicants must maintain settlement funds for three consecutive months. Please monitor the website for any changes.

Harshil

As I said in personal chat with you..I am surprised that they are so detailed. Many of these questions could be answered in the forum but still first hand information is always good.

Just wanted to update : it might help someone as well.

I called up SINP office to check if I can update my EE profile number now , even if my application is in progress.

The officer responded as yes, and asked to send email with the new number and email from IRCC that EE profile has been created , the email id is same where we are supposed to send the other documents related to SINP.

so I can re -create the profile for OINP if I have to and get the new EE number and remain in SINP queue for the application .

Congrats...that what you wanted right.

if i have 2 accounts for POF the officer in SINP will count the lowest value within 3 months for each account individually or their summation .
Example i need 10 K as POF
Account A i have 5 K
Account B I have 5 K
next month i added one K to account A and withdraw one K from Account B so Account A becomes 6 K and B 4 K = 10 K at the end ....the officer will calculate it like this
or the officer will take the lowest amount in each account 4+5 =9 K??

The officer is crazy, he can do anything.

For the documents for OID, do we need to submit the education and language documents for the spouse as well? The website doesn't say anything about that and it doesn't make sense.
