For SINP please note the following criteria

1- To claim experience points, it has to be after the completion of "Employment requirements" mentioned in the NOC.
2- ECA has to be done for that degree for that degree or college diploma
3- Highest Degree ECA is required to claim the educational points

I am talking about SINP. What IRCC is saying wont make any difference

My company do not provide any pay slip to us. All salary is deposited to my bank every month. Will this bank statement work for sinp application

Your company by law must give you pay slips somehow. Have you asked your employer?

You can ask for salary certificates. Its like a letter on Company Letterhead with details about your salary for that particular month.

Upload three salary certificates and those will be equivalent to three salary slips.

Hi All,

I am an applicant in SINP with 67 points and NOC code 21221 - Business Systems Specialist. I have an ECA for my Bachelors as well as for my Masters. I did my Bachelors in Science and have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I have a total work ex of 7 years after my Bachelors and have claimed points accordingly.
The NOC that I am working is the role that I have in since Dec 2021 and had a different role before that.
Will there be any problem with my application related to work ex if selected?

Hi All,

I am an applicant in SINP with 68 points and have received the invitation to apply for SINP nomination. I am in process to prepare the documents for the same. However, need a bit of clarification with some queries and really hoping if any of the member can respond to them.

1. Education Documents: I have got my ECA done from IQAS by having both Graduation and Post graduation degree. So in the document section, shall I just attach the ECA or shall I attach the transcript and degrees of both graduation and post graduation.
2. Experience Letter: In my total experience of close to 12 years, one of the organizations I used to work for, does not provide the reference letter for immigration. However, I have got the reference letter signed and notarized by my line manager and in addition to that, I have the email from the HR team explaining the reason of not providing the roles and responsibility letter. Other than this, I have all the documents such as pay stubs, appointment letter, relieving letter, form 16 etc.
3. Proof of Funds: I have been maintaining the funds for the required period of more than 6 months. However, the money is invested in mutual funds and equity stocks. So as a proof of fund, can I provide the online mutual fund statement and stock holding statement issued by custodians. But these statement will computer generated one and not necessarily will have the signature of any authorized person or on a letter head.

I have had three promotions in my company in the last 11 years. from the senior executive (IT) to ass. manager (IT) to manager (MIS-IT) with the same responsibility. I am applying to the NOC 22220 through SINP.

Do I need to include all these promotions I have in the Job Reference Letter?

SINP specifically says, 10 Years in 1 NOC Code. If your Job duties are the same throughout 11 years, then you are good to apply. But if you will share the promotions letters, then IRCC will consider it as 3 jobs/NOCs. As the designation changed from Senior Executive-Ass Manager-Manager
