Was there any request for ADR? Was your POF part of the requested ADR? Try and gather enough facts, there is still hope.

I believe ADR means ADDITIONAL REQUESTED DOCUMENT? They did not request for any ADR. Also note that for those we applied together, they requested ADR from them at the 4th month of application and informed them they were ineligible within 5 months of application. But in my case, they made me wait for the entire 41 weeks (10 months ) and suddenly came to say I was ineligible without requesting for POF as an ADR.

Please see reason why SINP denied me a nomination :
You do not meet the SINP settlement fund requirements. You must have proof of having $12,475
CAD maintained in your account(s) for a minimum of 3 months prior to your application to the SINP
and maintained throughout the entire immigration process.

However I want to appeal this decision for the following reasons:

(1) I raised the settlement funds 2 weeks before submission of my application . At the time of submission in January 2019, IT WAS NOT WRITTEN ON THE SINP WEBSITE THAT APPLICANTS SHOULD MAINTAIN THE SETTLEMENT FUNDS for a minimum of 3 months prior to THEIR application to the SINP.
(2)I actually maintained this amount throughout the immigration process and the money is still in my account .
(3) At time of submission of my application , The SINP only requested for reference letter from employers which I provided .

Please do you think my appeal would be successful on these basis?

Settlement Fund must be 3 months old at the time of application submission. This is a universal truth.

The decision could have been fast tracked than waiting till 10th month. Other variables could have changed.

Hi,
I have had a total of 09 years and 06 months of working experience, with 09 months in different NOC with the rest. However, when I created EOI, I misunderstood the requirements, I claimed 09 years for my working experience (lacking of 03 months in 01 NOC). As a result, I got ITA on 23rd Oct draw. I did not realize the problem until going through this forum. Can anyone plz advise if I should cancel my application or I can continue to submit my application with an explanation letter? in the second option, do they consider me as giving falsified information?

When did you work for different NOC? In most recent 5 years or between 5-10 years rime period span?
What was your point score in SINP Points assessment grid?

I worked for that NOC from Apr 2010 to Dec 2010, it means between 5-10 years time period of span. My total years of experience are 9 years and 06 months (instead of 03 months as my previous post, I just re-calculated), including that 09 months of that different NOC. It means I'm lacking 03 months in 09 years that I claimed to SINP.

My point score is 69, just matched with the required points of that 23rd Oct draw.

So, your Work experience points are 8 now. If your score will be less than 69 then you refuse your ITA.
Update your EOI profile. And wait for new ITA. They can send you again anytime with 68 points.

Folks,
does the job description have to exactly match with NOC? I have in total 9 years of experience but 3 years is in NOC 2171 and the rest is in NOC 2281. How would CIC evaluate it versus PNP assessment grid?
