I think the NOC B- Category jobs are the most helpful to immigrate. O and A Categories are dangerous to chose and generally main cause of Application ineligibility.

Don't confuse with the education requirements. Please note below:

Our goal is to present our documents on a way that a Canadian will understand. Remember: Canadians will review your papers, and not yourself.

We're not allowed to say we will be 100% approved.

This is a very technical process so if we meet the requirements, there's no reason to deny except:

1. Your employer declares different occupation when a background check is done;
2. Your settlement fund is not genuine;
3. You or any family members fail in the medical exam;
4. We didn't make it to the quota;
5. You or any family members have criminal situation.

Other than that, we should be ok.

They have the option to call/email employer or not. They may either call or email them as well. Thanks.

It can be both (SINP & CIC Officer). Or they may not opt to verify as well. It's the final call of the officer.
