1. I applied on the OASIS website - https://immigration.saskatchewan.ca/apex/f?p=305:101
2. I chose no job offer and selected no for EE profile or Job Seeker Code ( this is how you apply for OID). If you choose yes, it will send you to EE stream.

Would it be considered as a misrepresentation of info if you are in the CIC EE pool but choose "No" when you are trying to apply for OID?

Well, in my case, my EE profile expired and I have not applied for a new one because my points are low considering their recent draws.

once you complete the application details at the end there is a green button written "Move to next set of application screen" click on that and here you have to upload all your forms and additional documents . hope it helped?
