SINP OID form Ethical and Schedule 4

Hi All

Regarding with these two below form for SINP oid.

SINP Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form(This form seems like for representative only. I dont have representative to apply on my behalf, Do i still need to fill this form?If yes, what pages out of 3?

Schedule 4: Economic Classes – Provincial Nominee(What it is about?what should i entered?)

Schedule 4: Economic Classes – Provincial Nominee(What it is about?what should i entered?)

U must fill ethical conduct form,(leave last part if u r not using representative)and sign other parts , 2; for economic classes u must fill it and enter your total amount of money(remember fund must be three months old)

I am applying for Express entry for NOC 2241. Do I have to fill up the form for economic schedule 4. The system is saying "Enter the funds that you put in Box 4 of the Schedule 4"

I don't know if I have to fill up the form where to attach it ??

What u have filled in SINP application form(SINP o line form there is one portion s is there related to amount-box-4), once u filled it there is one option to attach it

Are you referring SINP application form to OASIS form?? Or there is any other form.

In OASIS i cant find anywhere to attach this form.
