Currently I am working in canada with Noc: 2174 code with closed workpermit. Did i am eligible to apply by selecting Noc: 2171 code under this category.

I didn't see 2174 Noc code under occupation in demand list.

you can enquire to NOC for the exact occupation you can apply with...

You can apply for NOC 2171 after adding these few lines of Duties/Responsibilities on your Job REference Letter with existing duties:

Conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy.
Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
Information systems quality assurance analysts develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency
Systems auditors conduct independent third-party reviews to assess quality assurance practices.
