I am new for this forum,

my profile is following

Age:- 29
IELTS band:-Speaking- 5.0, listening-5.5, reading-5, writing-5.5 (over all 5.5)
Education:- M.Pharma (QA)
Experience in Pharma industry:- 4 year and 1 month
Married with one baby boy

so i require information that which category of entry suitable for get PR? and what can i do for get easily PR?

Experts please I need you help.

- I created my online application in June 2016, but couldn't submitted as the quota was already reached.
- I submit this profile on 30-Aug
- On 31-Aug I sent an updated bank statement with two accounts, "saving" and "Deposit certificates". The enough money for POF is in the "Deposit Certificate" one not the "Saving" one. But in the bank statement wasn't showing that I have these "Deposit Certificates" in custody for more than three months.
- So on 2-Sep I got a letter from the bank that I have these Deposit Certificates in custody for more than three months, and I sent another email to SINP for that.
- Yesterday, 28-Sep, my application went "in process" but showing the wrong account "Saving" which doesn't have enough POF, and not showing the "Deposit Certificates" account.

What should I do now? is it too late to so anything?

NOC 2221 Read carefully. If can u fulfill this minimum requirement :
Completion of a one to two-year college program in a related field is required for employment as a biological technician.

Hi guys,

Today my app changed into In process. However I looked into the app and cant see my file upload of work ex and education files. I think I uploaded into Sub-screens (just remember that sure I uploaded them). Should I re-send these files to make sure that they got them?

Any met similar issue and SINP request them later (or worse, they rejected it), Pls share with me.

Can i understand that In Process means that they checked app at basic review for completeness? And my work ex should be there? Otherwise it's rejected ?

It's normal. Nothing to worry about it. It remains the same with all. Once you submit the app and it goes to "In Process", you won't be able to view your files anymore and do not send anything unless they ask you for it. Hope you had attached all the required documents and never missed anything.

Rest assured, it is perfectly fine and no issues at all.. ;D

My bank account is here in Regina, SK, Canada and off course currency in my account is also Canadian Dollars. My question is, will I still be able to see any date in "Date of Conversion" tab? and what does this Date of Conversion actually means? when should I expect a date in it?

Hello Experts,
I have a situation and would like your input
My employer denied to give me experience letter stating my daily tasks because of my company policy. They have given me the letter of denial. Hence I am relying on the reference letter I obtained from factory director, former boss, former colleague and current colleague. I have also included the USA work visa petition (H1B Petition) that states my work duties.
The issue is, my H1B petition job description falls under NOC 2211 and mentions just a line NOC 2221. Reference letters from above mentioned individuals describes my job duties purely of NOC 2221 which is the FACT. My work does fall under NOC 2221. My lawyer says there is no harm in submitting H1B petition even when the job description is not fully align with the reference letter obtained from individuals.
Should I submit H1B petition? or should I only rely on reference letters?

Or we need to give any cheque or DD etc.

or they ask during in process duration.

Hi guys,

My 30Aug application is In-Process, however I found some issues...again:

1-My notarized document of birth certificate: My father infor (name, occupations, address) is in Mother column and my mother infor is in father column. In other forms and documents, my parents infor are correct.

Should I notarize the document again and send email to SINP the correct one?

2- Form Background Declaration: I wrong copy my spouse address into my address. Should I re-send SINP?

These are considerred as major error or not? Whether I should actively send them the corrected ones or waiting for them to ask me?
