Direct ask them to send an email at immigration@gov.sk.ca about IELTS retake. May be they can exempt u to retake. U had genuine IELTS with sufficient 3.5 months time at the time of application

CIC don't need IELTS. By asking SINP u would know the exact position.

Hello, I am new here... I successfully submitted OID Sinp application Aug 30 but I recently discovered that my point for my 7 years work experience might sum up to 11 points instead of 12 points Dat I calculated initially. I understand that the first 5 years prior to application date gives 10 points but my own first 5 years is inclusive of a year of another work experience that is different from NOC 1225, the remaining 3 years experience was acquired 6yrs ago which makes it 3 points.
In all, I have,

Language=16 points
Age =12 points
W/expr =11 points or12 points (7years)
Education =20 points
Total =59 or 60points


Do you suggest I withdraw the application or I might be lucky that the visa officer might use his or her discretion to favour me with12 points for d work experience.

Please I need to make the decision either to withdraw the application or leave it to be processed and wait for God's favour.

I NEED YOUR OPINIONS PLEASE

I hope and pray d 7 years is seen as 12points because 4 years experience was gotten in the last 5 years and 3years experience was gotten in the last 6years making it 7 years experience in all.

In my current mobile company,My JDs are 50% matching 2171 NOC.
But in my previous company ,My JDs are 100% of NOC2171 during my tenure of September 2005 to August 2011.

In my previous Posts,I clarified that my degree is Electronics Engineering(Major) but Title of degree is Electrical Engineering and same is mentioned in WES report as BSc Electrical Engineering and MSc Electrical Engineering.
Confused about my current JDs will impact my previous required work experience NOC2171.
Other thing of worriness is education as probably NOC 2171 qualification requirement is computer related degree.

Thank you Clickmes for IELTs Clarification,

One more confusion about my Qualification either it will fit or not under the NOC 2171.
I have MSc Electrical Engineering and same have mentioned in WES report though my major is Electronics but normally it is not mentioned on degree title.
My current JDs are 50 to 60% matching NOC 2171 where as my previous job (July 2006 to August 2011) are hundred % matching NOC2171.
Is there any chance of rejection due to qualification and experience mismatch as mostly computer related degree is the requirement for NOC 2171.

Here I want to clarify that I m only interested in Saskatchewan As my close relative(Sister in Law) resides there.so by claiming 20 points of close relative,my points on grid system are 80 where as min requirement is 60.
The only confusion is about CLB4 which I have though meeting the minimum language requirement.
With this minimum CLB,can my case will be impacted though I have max score of 80.

Please give the break up of your IELTs score.. The minimum Requirement for SINP OID is CLB 4..

If you have got the above score in all the modules you can very well apply for SINP OID which is likely to open in November and December. if you need any further clarifications. please do message me ...

My sister in law is citizen of canada and living in Saskatchewan.Can I claim 20 points of close relative?

As she is house wife so I am thinking to claim /mention brother in law(her husband) as a close relative.
Remember both of them are not my blood relative but off course my spouse.

My friends suggested to go with affidavit, but some one in our group told once, affidavit will be treated as least proof, sometimes, will reflect in negative impact. i am confused, how to move forward to obtain the job reference letter, Team, could you share your experience pls.

Your colleague or Sr. official or Manager can prepare, but must be in Letter head only.

U must apply with your current documents, and then wait and watch. Because u don't have other option.
