Yes, but should be in favor of you. As well as, try to collect a LIC manager/Officer letter on Letter head as proof regarding this, and attach with that.

I am working as a Team Leader in a IT related MNC in India. As Only NOC 2171 is available in SINP program. I applied in july 2016 but then Visa manager rejected my case and said my duties fall in NOC 2174 which is presently not available in SINP.

Now I was thinking to request my employer to add 2-3 more points related to NOC 2171 to apply in future.
Now you suggest DO SINP official arise question that why i changed my duties now ?
Except this, after my refusal i emailed to HRSDC to know my NOC. they said I can apply in NOC 2171 with these job duties.
I was thinking to attach that email with my experience letter while applying next time

I should do some changes in my experience letter as I earlier ?

Can we create an Occupation In Demand Profile before the program opens and submit it at the time SINP OID program opens??? Or is it only possible to create a profile at the time when the program opens?

If SINP has rejected ur Roles and Responsibilities then you can update them before the next intake opens.

Hi Can anybody tell me on 23rd nov 16 i submitted the application in SINP in OID,my code is 2171 but my roles and responsibilities are not mentioned on my Contract because i on senior level...& i submitted the same...

My questions are?

Will they ask for role & responsibilities or may reject the application?
My application is in process,how much time they take to change it..
My funds have have been increased so, if they asked for POF Can i submit last 3 months statement or have to provide POF as avbl at the time of submitted the application...
